Well, that’s just what happened, as he leveraged on his position in Warner Bros. to build connections with profitable leads. This ultimately made it easier for him to start his own PR company.

Unfortunately, life wasn’t a bed of roses for Halls as he went through some undisclosed issues. This led him to leave the U.S. and work on Russia instead. He worked as a representative of the first McDonald’s fast food restaurant in Russia, which again, gained him enough experience to tackle different fields.

Some of the celebrities he worked with were Sarah Jessica Parker and Jude Law. Years passed and Halls decided to build his own company after realizing that he’s got the skills, resources, and most importantly, the passion to do so.

He turned his dream to reality in 1995 when he teamed up with his previous clients and newly found partners in forming a PR firm they named Huvane Baum Halls. It was an easy ride for them as Huvane Baum Halls quickly gained momentum.

In fact, their first clients were already-famous movie stars and artists such as Russel Crowe, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jennifer Aniston.

However, he, together with his partners, sold the firm to PMK in 2001. PMK was another public relations powerhouse in the U.S. Nonetheless, this didn’t mean that he no longer has control over the company as the selling only served as a merger between the two companies.

The merger went on for years, until in 2009, Halls decided to have another change of plan and decided to leave the company. After which, he started another company with his new partners. This time, they called it Slate PR.

Relationship and Gay Marriage of Simon Halls to Matt Bomer

Simon Halls is openly gay as he is married to Matt Bomer since 2011. However, their relationship wasn’t unveiled to the public until 2014 when Bomer announced it in public.

When asked as to why they chose to keep it from the public, the couple said that it was a logical choice as society isn’t that supportive of gay marriages. According to them, it was to avoid scrutiny from the prying eyes of the public, and to prevent further issues that may arise due to their relationship.

Matt’s announcement happened during the Steve Chase Humanitarian Awards of Desert AIDS in Feb. 2012. This was two years after they were together. Matt further talked about his relationship with Halls in an interview with Details Magazine.

In the interview, he said that they were married way back in 2011. It was a private and solemn ceremony, Matt said. He then continued saying that the wedding ceremony was very relaxed and chill.

They are Kit Halls, Henry Halls, and Walker Halls. Their first born was Kit Halls, who was born in 2005. Meanwhile, twins Walker and Henry were born in 2008. All of them were born through surrogate mothers.

Simon and Matt are currently enjoying the married life and is having a blast together with their three kids. In an interview with People Magazine, Bomer said that he wants his children to lead normal lives.

This is very important as mainstream society isn’t yet fully supportive of same-sex marriages, even more so with gay couples having children. Nonetheless, the couple don’t mind any of these as they choose to mind their own business and enjoy what they are and have.

Furthermore, Halls has also worked as an Entertainment Council for Hillary Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign.
