Ashley Graham is one of the world’s most famous ‘plus-size’ models, although she dislikes the term herself. She is a prominent campaigner for body positivity and has written books and made TED talks on the subject, encouraging women to feel better about their bodies, whatever size or shape they may be.
Ashley has been modeling since the age of 12 and has been featured in leading magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and was the first plus-size model to feature on the cover of the Swimsuit Issue of Sports Illustrated. She has also walked the catwalk for leading designers, such as Michael Kors and Dolce & Gabbana, and created her own collections of lingerie and swimwear.
Unlike size obsessed models, who are always watching what they eat, Ashley is a self-confessed fan of Starbursts – the candies, not the popular slots game – and is often seen munching them in videos such as her recent ASMR video on YouTube.
Ashley is a model, TV personality, author, and now mother, having given birth to a baby boy on 18th January 2020.
