Thomas Krämer, 34, is a co-founder of ontopica GmbH, Bonn, Germany. After his Master in Sociology and Computing in the Humanities he specialised on e-participation systems at Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS. In recent years he focussed on the organisational aspects of socio-technical systems and on spreading crowdsourcing in urban and regional planning practise.
