Check out this great video of last year's PICNIC at the exciting NDSM Wharf. Talking heads are Marleen Stikker, Co-founder PICNIC and chairman of our board, and Frank Alsema, GM of Stichting NDSM. The video was made by Remy Vlek at the request of NDSM. Dutch spoken.

Ah, had some rest for the last 2 weeks and have been enjoying the great feedback on PICNIC Festival 2011. It has been a tough ride, but boy, it payed off. Been tracking the Picnic festival via http://lanyrd.com/2011/picnic/ which seems to work for me better than the official program site. I can personalize the Picnic site but I can't seem to print it out in any form that's usable.

Thought Day 2 was much better, perhaps because the weather was better and it was possible to converse with many people. I enjoyed talking to people in the app market place backed by Syntens. I found a wide degree in start-ups. Some knew exactly what problem they had solved and were eager to explain... Read more
