Enter the Postcode Lottery Green Challenge by 29 July
People from all over the world are signing up for the Postcode Lottery Green Challenge. So far, they have received entries from 52 different countries including Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Russia, Belgium, Germany, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands and the USA. You can submit your idea or product at www.greenchallenge.info.
The Postcode Lottery Green Challenge is looking for ideas that will contribute to a better, greener world. Dream up a greenhouse-gas-reducing product or service and send in your idea before 29 July. The entrant with the best idea will win €500,000, expert coaching and help to bring his or her idea to market. The finalists will present their ideas and the prize winners will be revealed during PICNIC Festival 2011.
Put your green idea on Facebook for a chance to win an iPad 2
Even those without a business plan can participate in the Green Challenge. Got a simple but brilliant idea? Share it in just two lines on the Green Challenge Facebook page. Green Challenge ambassador Richard Branson is calling on all Facebook visitors to think of a green idea, and share it with the world. The best one wins an iPad 2, a design eco-case and an iPad2 solar charger.
