My ideal future employer/company:
1) Defies genres and conventions, changes consumer preferences, adds value to innovation.
2) Puts equal importance on technological, financial & creative aspects of business, market, & product development.
3) Works result-oriented (no nine to five mentality, but no standard seven to twelve approach either: all work and no play will turn me into a dull boy).
4) Doesn't only think, but executes as well.
5) Shares (tacit) knowledge and ideas: individual success = project success = company success.
