Every day we are faced with information (on signs, labels, forms, instructions, the web) which is confusing. When we are trying to get somewhere or to accomplish a task we don’t want to waste time and energy trying to decode information that doesn’t make sense.
In my work as a usability consultant I make recommendations on how to create information architectures and product designs in order to make them more usable.
