For the last seven years, Theo was the Group COO of LBI International AB, position he left on 1 September 2009. He hold several non exec. board roles and advisorships.
Before this he was in the European board of Compaq Computer, and was a country Director of Compaq and Digital Equipment Corp.
Theo worked previously for Philips from 1986 tot 1992 and before this at Vendex and Aegon.
