technological innovation that will happen

But...the fact that things are technically possible doesn't mean they will necessarily happen.

woodstove

Check the Dutch documentary (with plenty of English spoken - but understanding of Dutch and Indian language certainly helps...) about the introduction of the woodstove to the Indian market and an interview with economist C.K. Prahalad about the poor as a new market for multinationals
