I thought Itay's closing talk today was wonderful as I'm sure everyone else thought judging by the response at the end. It was however no surprise that a conductor would deliver such a great finale. If you are not familiar with the amazing Benjamin Zander then I have blogged about him here.
His TED talk is the best TED talk I have ever seen, and I've seen plenty. I won't go into too much detail because I insist you watch it over at TED, but his ability to make you laugh and cry as quickly as a D follows C would make him perfect for next year's event.
