PICNIC works with a number of service partners, and one of those is the Search Engine Optimisation company Clearsense. As part of the service partner agreement, ClearSense took a close look at the PICNIC website. The SEO technical part is already heading in the right direction. “A compliment to the first customer I came across in my career at ClearSense, that has implemented the accentuated HTML very well”, thus a ClearSense SEO consultant.
PICNIC network is number one in search results for ‘PICNIC’ in almost every European country. Now it is essential to optimise the website in all other areas and search terms. If all SEO aspects (technique, text and links) are optimised, the website will rank higher in the unpaid search results. Moreover, ClearSense manages a Search Engine Advertising campaign to improve the position of the PICNIC site in the paid (sponsored) Search results and ClearSense also advises on how to increase the website conversion.
PICNIC and ClearSense signed the Service Partner agreement in June this year. In this cooperation ClearSense will assist PICNIC 2008 to increase website visibility and to optimise the site for conversion. The goal of the PICNIC website is to provide information on the event and to sell entry tickets. In exchange for this service, ClearSense gets the Service partner status. In this way ClearSense can participate actively on the event.
