This is the Municipality of Amsterdam. Viewed from an outsider's vantage point, Amsterdam is clearly ready to re-position itself. This is why the City launched the Amsterdam Top City programme. In order to keep ahead of global competition, Amsterdam needs to renew itself. In other words, in order to enjoy a great future worthy of its great past, what Amsterdam needs now is great thinking.
