Gohar Sargsyan is an experienced programme manager and business management consultant in international multidisciplinary environments both in public as well as private sectors. She is a business consultant at Logica and is the EU/international project manager at IIP CREATE which is the Dutch ICT cluster for Creative industries. Gohar is also an independent expert for the EU ICT programmes. She has a background in ICT, intellectual capital, open innovation and creative industries. She holds an MBA degree and an MS degree in Computer Information Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), she also received her PhD in informatics. Recently, she coordinated a study on Socio-Economic Impact of Open Service Innovation for the European Commission in support Dto Digital Agenda and EU2020 agenda. In PICNIC, Gohar will moderate the session on Sept 15 EU project - How To Grow platform launch Sept 15th , contribute to the session on Sept 16, (Re)definding new business models for future cities, and on Sept 14th on Living Labs sessions.
