Getting to the Festival
Traveling to Amsterdam
From Schiphol Airport
By train: It's fast and inexpensive to reach the city center by train. From Schiphol, you can take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station in 20 minutes. Buy a one-way ticket for €3.70 from the yellow vending machines (all accept credit cards) in the baggage claim area or in the central airport hall. The train station at Schiphol is located below the main airport hall; the majority of trains to Amsterdam Centraal Station run from platform 1 or 2. Trains run about every 10 minutes between 6.00 and midnight and then once per hour overnight. For more information, consult the Dutch national railways website.
By taxi: Taxis stands are outside the main hall. A one-way fare to the city center will cost approxmately €40-50.
By shuttle bus: The Connexxion Hotel Shuttle serves over 100 city center hotels, departing every 30 minutes between 6:00am and 9.00pm from Schiphol. The cost is €15.50 one-way or €25 roundtrip per person. Shuttles depart from outside the main hall from platform A7, and must be reserved for the return trip. Weather
Weather in Amsterdam is highly unpredictable. The forecast for 14-16 September in Amsterdam calls for a mix of sun and clouds, but Dutch weather can change quickly, so please come prepared with a sweater/fleece and waterproof shoes.

Getting to the festival at NDSM Wharf
NDSM Wharf is located on the north side of the river IJ in Amsterdam. From the city center, it is reachable by ferry, bus or car. The entrance to the festival is opposite Tt Neveritaweg 20.
Ferry from Amsterdam Centraal Station
The ferry to NDSM (see red dotted line below) is free and takes about 15 minutes. It departs from the ferry dock behind Centraal Station every 15 minutes between 8.00-10.00 and 16.00-19.00, every half hour at other times until midnight. From the NDSM dock, it is a 5-minute walk to the festival grounds. For a detailed schedule, see the public transport ferry schedule.
Bus from Amsterdam Centraal Station
Take bus 38 or 94 to the Klaprozenweg stop. From the stop it is a 6-minute walk to the festival grounds. The bus platform is located at the back of Centraal Station.
Bicycles
Bicycling parking is available near the entrance to the festival. We ask you not to park freely in the area to avoid obstructing traffic, visitors and emergency access.
Auto
From the ring A10, take exit S118 (Tuindorp Oostzaan). Follow the signs to Industrieterrein Noord. Pass through two roundabouts and continue straight. Continue to the first traffic light and then take a right on the first street, Ms. Van Riemersdijkweg (Noord 150-189). After 200 meters, turn left on the Tt. Neveritaweg. After 30 meters, you will find on the left the parking lot ‘Docklands’.
Secured parking is € 7,50 per day.
