Delegations of small and medium sized companies from the United Kingdom and Germany will participate in the Crossover Marketplace during PICNIC Festival 2012.

UK and German Delegations Confirmed for Crossover Marketplace...

The Crossover Marketplace will be an exhibition of 65 Dutch and international companies actively developing products and services related to top sectors which include technology, agro-food, water, energy, chemicals, logistics and health and life sciences.

Creative Industries Knowledge Transfer Network UK Delegation

A delegation will be sponsored by the Creative Industries Knowledge Transfer Network. The Creative Industries KTN is part of the Technology Strategy Board's programme of Knowledge Transfer Networks. Led by University of the Arts London, the Creative Industries KTN Consortium includes the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Imperial College London and TIGA, the trade association for games developers. This partnership's wealth of expertise and experience makes it uniquely suitable to work with the UK's creative businesses. 

Project Future Berlin Delegation

A delegation will be sponsored under the auspices of Projekt Zukunft (Project Future), an initiative run by the Berlin Senate Department for Economics since 1997 aimed at fostering the ICT, Media, Creative Industries cluster in the Berlin region. Project Future optimizes growth conditions and provides the cluster with essential information, networkings, and resources.

Participating companies will showcase new and innovative offerings, attend relevant programming sessions, and engage in business development and matchmaking with investors, incubators and companies.

PICNIC will host the Crossover Marketplace in partnership with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce and Syntens.

PICNIC is partnering with ABN Amro’s Dialogues Incubator to develop the Crossover Marketplace’s programming and engage investors.
